Today (15 March 2025), Prof. Suchatvee Suwansawat, Deputy Leader of the Democrat Party, spoke about the accident from the bridge construction on Rama II Road, which resulted in 5 deaths and 30 injuries, saying that he felt "sorrowful" to the point of "resentment" because as a civil engineer, as well as a former president of the Engineering Council and former president of the Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT), he has seen this tragic accident happen repeatedly, with many people injured and killed.
